If you have purchased a package, the credits will be added to your account.

To use them, please log in, go to Book an Appointment, and select your package credits at checkout.

If you have made a booking, please check that you have received your email confirmation. This can take up to 5 minutes to come through.

You should also receive a text confirmation.

Please note: appointment reminders are different from marketing emails, so we recommend keeping appointment notifications turned on to help you remember your booking.

You can download the Vagaro app to easily view, book, reschedule or cancel your appointments.

Please make sure you read our Terms & Conditions, especially our cancellation policy. We require 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
